Long-Term Test: Aspire Cyber G Pod Kit

Small by Design - Big on Simplicity
Having used the Aspire Cyber G pod vape for a considerable amount of time now, I feel well-equipped to share a detailed review of its performance and features from a long-term perspective. As someone constantly on the lookout for a reliable, efficient vaping device, the Cyber G has mostly lived up to my expectations, boasting several user-friendly features that enhance the vaping experience.

No hanging around:
One of the standout attributes of this device is undoubtedly its battery life, provided by an internal 850 mAh battery. It consistently lasts all day on a single charge, even with regular use, which is a significant plus for any vaper. When it does need recharging, the fast charge feature and thru-port come in incredibly handy, swiftly bringing the device back to full power while allowing you to continue vaping and keeping downtime to a minimum. A handy LED illuminated ring at the base of the device has 3 colours, green, blue, and red which clearly indicate the charge level, giving plenty of warning.

It doesn't just look good:
The design of the Cyber G is another major selling point. It sports a slim, pen-style shape that many users will find familiar and comfortable. This sleek design isn’t just about aesthetics—it makes the device extremely portable and discreet, easily slipping into a pocket or purse without any bulk, perfect for vaping on the go. I personally loved the fact that they have made some of the internal circuitry visible, adding a really modern touch.

Taste the difference:
The flavour production of the Cyber G is impressive; it handles various e-liquids beautifully, providing clean and intense flavours that can rival those of more complex, larger systems. This superior flavour delivery is due primarily to its excellent mesh coils and consistent power delivery, making each vaping session enjoyable.

Quick on the draw:
The draw activation feature of the Cyber G enhances its user-friendly nature. With three activation options including draw activation and a fire button, you can simply choose the option that suits you best, offering a straightforward experience ideal for beginners and more experienced vapers. The fast draw activation and instant fire significantly enhance the user experience, making vaping as effortless as taking a breath.

With a fixed airflow, somewhere in the middle between tight and loose, I found it perfect for both nic salts and freebase e-liquids. Some more experienced vapers may feel that having no airflow adjustment is a drawback as they can’t tailor it to their preferred style of vaping. Personally, I found it was just right.

Fill me up:
Refilling the device is as user-friendly as using it. The leak-proof design ensures a mess-free experience while the large easy-fill port, situated on the side, and sealed with a silicon plug allows for quick and efficient top-ups. This design consideration not only saves time but also makes the device more enjoyable to use regularly. The Cyber G uses the TG pods which are available with a choice of two coils, a 1.0 Ohm and 0.8 Ohm for nic salts and freebase e-liquids.

Another feature that I came to rely on was the crystal clear pods and the opaque section at the top of the battery, where the pod sits to allow for easy viewing of the liquid level, ensuring that you're always aware of when you need to refill, even when using clear e-liquids.

Time for a change:
Additionally, the magnetic pod system is worth noting. Changing the TG pods is effortless thanks to the strong magnetic connection that holds the pods securely yet allows for easy removal when it's time for a change.

It's not just about size:
In terms of size and discreetness, the Cyber G excels. It’s not only compact but also discreet in use, which is great for those who prefer to keep their vaping low-key, especially in public settings.

Cons:
·Its small size means you can lose it occasionally, usually down the back of cushions or down the side of your car seat, as in my case.
·When carried in your back jeans pocket, the magnetic pod can separate from the battery when you're trying to retrieve it if grabbed by the mouth tip, resulting in digging around in your pocket for the rest of it. Not easy when you're driving.

Let's sum it up:
In conclusion, after nearly two months of extensive daily use, the Aspire Cyber G pod vape stands out as a highly recommendable option for anyone seeking a reliable, convenient, and adaptable vaping device. It skillfully combines ease of use with thoughtful design, ensuring a satisfying vape experience tailored to a wide range of preferences. If you’re in the market for a new pod vape, the Cyber G should certainly be on your radar.
